  • Your washing machine won’t start / is dead. It is usually the result of an imbalanced load tripping an off-balance switch, which can be easily corrected by redistributing clothes. You may also have a problem with the timer circuitry or your outlet, which our professionals can resolve.
  • It appears that your washing machine does not spin properly or at all. When clothes are soaked at the end of a wash cycle, it may indicate that the washer isn’t spinning.Clothes that are soaked at the end of a wash cycle, may indicate that the washer is not spinning properly. This could be due to various reasons including a defective lid switch/lid plunger, burned out spin solenoid, damaged wires, broken or worn out drive belt, or a bad timer contact.
  • When there’s no agitation. There are many causes for no agitation. Some common causes are a worn drive belt, agitator assembly, wigwag plunger or lifter, transmission mode lever; or drive spindle. Also, can be caused by a bad internal timer contact, bad lid switch, or malfunctioning pressure switch.
  • Performs Excessive vibration. Your washer may not be leveled properly or could be located on a weakened wood floor. Worn damper pads and/or snubber pads may also be the cause for washer machine excessive vibration.
  • Your washing machine leaks.Excess soap, loose hoses, drain hose clogs, and leaking pumps, tubs, or tub water injection hoses could be to blame for leaks and other similar damage.
  • Water is not draining properly.  A defective pump can cause water to remain in the drum if you have a; worn drive belt, or clogged drain hose. When it doesn’t drain properly, it can lead to more serious problems in the future.
  • No cold water. There may be sediment buildup in the valve or the cold-water valve may be turned off.
  • Wash cycles leave spots on clothes. Spots that won’t remove with soap and water may be caused by transmission oil from a defunct washer machine transmission.
  • Soap in clothes after cycle. The cause of excess soap left in your clothes can be due to a defective timer contact or sediment-clogged cold-water valve.
